Privacy Policy

When you create an account we store your email address and the name you give us, so you can sign in and so friends you invite can recognise your trips.

When you plan a ski trip we store the details you enter: your destination, travel dates, who is travelling (adults and children's ages only), how you are getting there, where you are staying and what equipment you are taking. This is used to build your personalised checklist and packing list.

We do not ask for children's names — children are recorded by age only. We do not collect your date of birth, home address, or any location/GPS data. We do not track you across other websites.

Optional premium trip upgrades are paid for through Stripe, a licensed payment provider. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment page and are never seen or stored by Maid for the Slopes. We store only a record that your trip was upgraded.

Your trips are private. Only people you invite — through a secure link you create — can see your trip details, and only once they have their own account and accept the invitation. We never sell or share your personal information with advertisers.

Your data is stored securely in the cloud with strict access controls, so only you and the people you invite can access your trips.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated trip data at any time — contact us through the app's Account page. Removed data is permanently deleted.

If this policy changes, the updated version will always be available on this page.
